FAM REGISTRATION
Welcome! This is the page to register for our 2023-2024 FAM program.
The 2023-2024 FAM Year:
We are so excited you are here! If you are a returning family, welcome back, if you are brand new, welcome to the FAM-ily. While there are no substantive changes to the way we run this program, we are welcoming a much smaller group size to the program this year. We are hoping that this will make for a better supported experience for each mentor and mentee in the FAM program, and that everyone’s experience will be personalized and smooth.
So don't wait! Register now!
What to expect:
- A 1:1 match with a collegiate or pro athlete, your returning mentor or a similarly wonderful and qualified new match!
- Meetups beginning in October, and running through the beginning of June, 2024.
- Virtual meetups will be scheduled by you, the parents, and your child’s mentor, to take place at least once every other week.
- FAM Swag included!
- Events throughout the year for your child and her mentor to meet other FAM participants.

- Please fill out this registration form no later than September 15th to secure your spot!

Select Your Registration:
Full registration has increased to $175 to accommodate rising costs across organizational needs, swag and materials. If you can not afford the registration, you may select another option below. Thank you so much for supporting our organization and the work we do!
*Please note: There are two parts to this registration. You will select your payment method below and upon completing that you will be taken to a page to send us more information about your participant and what you hope to have in a mentor (special interests, location, etc.)
