We have had Brooklyn Raney of One Trusted Adult the last two years run a professional development opportunity for the coaches as a breakout room from this conference. We will have a similar opportunity in 2025. Speaker details coming soon.
LEADERSHIP PANEL
Collegiate or Professional Athletes
We will have a female athlete panel of speakers to conclude our day! In 2023, professional beach volleyball player Charlie Ekstrom spoke, and in 2024 NCAA Women of the Year finalist and USM alum Sophia Slovenski spoke. Stay tuned for details!
What is the Female Athlete Leadership Conference?
This state-wide female athlete summit is for high school girls and coaches and focused on empowerment, leadership, mental health, and professional development.
- The conference will run 9:00 – 2:00
- Lunch is included
- There will be a professional development sessions for coaches
ONGOING SUPPORT & OPPORTUNITIES
All participants will gain access to our new online program, The Foundations. This program is a 12+ module mini course to support high school athletes, coaches, teams, and schools integrate mental skills into their programs. Included in The Foundations is a Locker Room with videos from college and pro athletes, free access to Voice in Sport mentoring and sessions for coaches/teams, a coaches community, and more!
