Lifting Club and Performance Lab + Recovery at The Hub gives middle and high school girls the tools to train smart, recover fully, and build confidence.
๐ Fall 2025 marks the launch of Performance+ at The Hub.
This inaugural season comes with special introductory pricing and two unique ways for girls in grades 7โ12 to get involved:

High School Girls Lifting Club โ structured small-group lifting and strength training.

Performance Lab + Recovery Days โ flexible drop-in sessions for training, recovery, and fun.ย
High School Girls Lifting Club (Grades 9โ12)
A structured, small-group lifting program designed to build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Led by Ellen Yost, Performance Coach, Trainer, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, this program is for any high school girl โ whether youโre:

In-season and want training that complements your sport,

Out of season and looking to maintain strength and confidence, or
-
Not currently on a team but eager to learn lifting skills and train in a positive setting.

Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 5:00โ6:30 PM

Performance Lab + Recovery Days (Grades 7โ12)
A drop-in style training and recovery program open to both middle and high school athletes. Each session is set up with stations and activities so athletes can โchoose their own adventure,โ while also receiving individualized PT-led support for training and recovery.

Schedule: Wednesdays 5โ7 PM & Sundays 12โ5 PM

Activities include: agility training, mobility work, rolling out, massage gun recovery, small-sided games, mindset activities

Format: Register once for the fall, then drop in any week. No need to register per date. Stay for the full session or the time that works for you.
