TRAIN. GROW. BELONG.

We’re exploring Performance+, a potential program for girls in high school (potential 7-8th graders also) —and we’d love your input before programming begins in October!

With physical therapist/trainer Ellen Yost available Tuesday–Thursday evenings (5:00–7:00 PM) and Sundays (12:00–5:00 PM), we’re designing opportunities for girls to build strength, confidence, and resilience in a supportive, girl-centered space.

We want to hear from you:

  • What times and formats (open gym, small group training, structured sessions) are most appealing?

  • What areas of training are you most interested in (strength, conditioning, recovery, mindset)?

Your feedback will help us shape Performance+ into an empowering membership designed around your needs and interests.
