The Heart of our Local Mission

From after-school sessions that build confidence and teamwork to helping athletes reach the next level, the Strong Girls United Hub is empowering girls for life. Whether developing skills, finding community, or building confidence, every girl is supported to thrive—on and off the field.

Special Community Events

BUILT FOR HER

Strength Training for Every Girl

Our Hub features brand new Nike Strength equipment—including a squat rack, barbell, plates, and dumbbells—alongside an assault bike, rowing machine, box jumps, bands, and more.

With discounted equipment support from Nike and a grant from YORKWISE, a local nonprofit promoting youth wellness and prevention, we’ve created a safe, welcoming space for girls to learn how to lift, move with confidence, and know they belong.

Basketball Shooting Machine Access

Our Hub features a Dr. Dish Shooting Machine—designed for 1–4 players at a time, perfect for getting up reps, tracking stats, and building shooting confidence.

As we launch, this resource will be available to Performance+ Training and Founders Circle Members during open gym hours. We're currently piloting access as part of our early member experience and may evolve scheduling, access, or add-on options as we grow.

Smoodi Machine: Empowering Healthy Habits

Our Hub kitchen features a Smoodi machine—a fun, mess-free way for kids to enjoy all-fruit smoothies with no added sugar or artificial ingredients.

As part of our commitment to healthy after-school options, families will be able to add Smoodi credits to their child’s account—details coming soon on pricing and details! 🍓 Come try one at our Grand Opening!

Our Commitment to Inclusivity & Community Access

At the Strong Girls United, we are committed to creating a space where all girls feel seen, supported, and empowered to learn, grow, and thrive—together. We welcome girls and nonbinary youth who are seeking a supportive, empowering space to grow through movement, mentorship, and mental skills.

We also recognize that many in our broader community are excited to experience the Hub—and we’re excited to welcome you. As we roll out our core programming, our priority is to ensure the space is sustainable, mission-aligned, and thoughtfully staffed.

Our goal is to open up monthly community events (for all ages and genders) and offer family-friendly open gym hours on weekends as we build capacity. We appreciate your patience during our launch phase and expect to offer broader access after our first six months of operation.

Thank you for being part of this growing and empowering movement.
