Join us at the Hub for group fitness classes for all levels. Our classes incorporate dance cardio with strength training to sculpt and tone your muscles in the ultimate full – body workout. Relieve stress and FEEL your best, our instructors will guide you every step of the way!

Strong Mom Classes

Join Strong Moms Leader and Fitness Instructor Holly Mawn for fitness classes! Meet other moms, bring your children, build strength and community! Register for the monthly membership or drop-in for $20!

Sports Equipment Exchange

September 14-19th

York, ME

Please come drop off new or used equipment between September 14-19 at the Hub! If you're looking for new equipment, clothing, sports bras, socks, or other needs, come pick up items for free on Saturday September 19th! You do NOT have to bring anything and this is open to all ages, genders, sports!

Macalester College x Strong Girls United Dedication Game

Macalester Stadium

Join Macalester female athletes for a pre-game event! Then walk out with the Women's soccer team for the National Anthem and high five tunnel. Register for this free event, open to K-5th graders.

Strength training for women at every stage of life. Led by Dr. Ellen Yost, DPT, CSCS, Strong Women focuses on helping women build strength, improve mobility, support bone health, and maintain the confidence and independence to stay active for life. Register for monthly membership or drop in!

Davidson College x Strong Girls United Dedication Game

Join Davidson Women's Soccer team for a Strong Girls United Dedication game! They take on Dayton at 7:00PM. Come meet other Davidson female athletes, grab some SGU swag and take part in pre-game activities! This is a free event, opened K-5th graders.

Braids & Brews x Strong Dads Event

Join Strong Girls United in collaboration with Opal Society, & York Beach Beer Company from 6-8pm for a free event for Strong Dads and Daughter! Learn to braid hair and grab a pint! $2 from every pour between 5-8pm goes directly to SGU! Register to save your spot!
