STRONG GIRLS UÂ
Strong Girls United x University Athlete Partnerships
Empowering girls through sport, mentorship, and mental skills.
We support student-athletes across college campuses who want to bring Strong Girls United programs to life — whether by running community-based Strong Girls teams or by hosting events and dedication games that inspire the next generation.
WAYS TO GET INVOLVED
-
Host a Strong Girls Game/Event on campus — celebrate National Girls & Women in Sports Day, Title IX, or another women’s game and invite local girls to join.
-
Run a Community Strong Girls U Team — lead 3- to 5-session programs for elementary school girls that combine movement, mentorship, and mindset.

Apply to be an Ambassador“It’s been an honor to be a part of Strong Girls United at Fordham these last four years! I’m so grateful for the opportunity to use our platform as student-athletes to grow the young women in our community, and to empower them to be themselves. Every year, the girls amaze us with their personal growth, and it’s such a privilege to be a small part of their journeys. Seeing these young girls embody the mission of Strong Girls United reminds me how special this program is, both for the mentors and the students. Being a SGU mentor has connected me with some of the most amazing young women, and they’ve taught me more about myself than I ever thought possible. Strong Girls United has given my teammates and I the chance to grow ourselves as leaders and women, demonstrating the true power that being a part of this program offers!”
