STRONG GIRLS UNITED COMMUNITY TEAMS
We have both an elementary and middle school curriculum. These teams typically run for 6-8 weeks and are coached by volunteers. We partner with schools or recreation departments to offer the program and supply the volunteer(s) with a kit including lesson plans, t-shirts, books, and more!Learn More

University female student-athletes collaborate with SG United Foundation to run a team program for underserved girls in their direct community (in person or online). Leadership and mental skills training is provided to the athletes along with all curriculum and coaching support throughout.Learn More
LAUNCHING IN 2023-2024. This program is for high school female athletes, teams, coaches, and/or schools to integrate mental skills, mental health, and female athlete mentorship into their programs.
FEMALE ATHLETE LEADERSHIP CONFERENCES (FALC)
This conference brings together high school female athletes and coaches from across the state or region for a day of empowerment, mental skills, leadership training, and professional development.
FAM (FEMALE ATHLETE MENTORSHIP)
This virtual 1:1 mentoring program matches a K-8th grade girl with a female college or pro athlete for the year. Meetups occur virtually approximately every other week and the focus is on movement, mental skills, and mentorship.Learn More

The Strong Girls United Book Club: Open to ALL interested members and geared toward 5th grade girls through adults, this free Book Club will inspire and empower people through community, SGU curriculum, and reading books authored by female athletes!
