Performance, & Recovery Training 

High School Girls Lifting Club (Grades 9–12)

A structured, small-group lifting program designed to build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Led by Ellen Yost, Performance Coach, Trainer, and Doctor of Physical Therapy, this program is for any high school girl — whether you’re:

  • In-season and want training that complements your sport,

  • Out of season and looking to maintain strength and confidence, or

  • Not currently on a team but eager to learn lifting skills and train in a positive setting.

  • Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00-5:15 PM or 5:15–6:30 PM

  • December: December 1 - December 18 (3 weeks) 

  • Winter Session: January 6 - February 12 (6 weeks)

  • Capacity: We limit this class to around 12.
