FREE High School Girls Lifting Club (Grades 9–12)
A structured, small-group lifting program designed to build strength, confidence, and proper technique in a supportive environment. Led by Ellen Yost, Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, this program is for any high school girl — whether you’re:
-
In-season and want training that complements your sport,
-
Out of season and looking to maintain strength and confidence, or
-
Not currently on a team but eager to learn lifting skills and train in a positive setting.
Program Dates & Times
Winter 2 Session: March 2 - April 6 (6 weeks)
Spring Session: May 4 - June 8 (6 weeks)
Schedule: Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00-5:15 PM or 5:15–6:30 PMÂ
Capacity:Â We limit this class to around 12.
Cost: (twice a week program!)
FREE for York Residents. Â
Non-residents are welcome; donations are appreciated and support future programming.
