Designed for women at every stage of life, our small-group strength sessions focus on helping you move better, feel stronger, and maintain the independence and confidence needed for everyday activities.
Whether you're looking to support healthy aging, improve mobility, reduce injury risk, build stronger bones, or simply feel your best, you'll find a welcoming and encouraging community at The Hub.
Beginning in September 2026 we will be offering a monthly payment option for our strength classes with Physical Therapist and CSCS Ellen Yost.
Classes will be held:
Mondays & Wednesdays | 1:30-2:30
Strength Membership will include:
- Two coached strength sessions per week with Ellen Yost
- Functional strength training for everyday life
- Balance, mobility, and stability exercises
- Support for bone health and osteoporosis prevention
- Instruction on proper movement and lifting techniques
- Supportive small-group environment
- All fitness levels welcome

At Strong Girls United, we believe movement, connection, and community matter at every stage of life. In addition to our Strong Women Membership, we regularly offer opportunities with other community members for women to connect, move, and support one another.
