Women's Strength Classes 

Build strength, restore function, and feel your best in a supportive environment designed for women at every stage of life. Each session focuses on strength, balance, mobility, and confidence. Whether you’re postpartum, navigating perimenopause, or working to support bone health and prevent osteoporosis — we have a spot for you.

Programs Dates & Times: 

Winter 2 Session: Week of March 1 - Week of April 13

Spring Session: Week of May 3 - Week of June 8

Schedule: Wednesdays 2:00-3:00 PM (7 Weeks) and/or Sundays 8:00-9:00 AM (6 weeks)

Capacity: We limit this class to around 12.

Cost: $90 (6 week), $105 (7 weeks)
