MIDDLE SCHOOL STRONG GIRLS PROGRAM

A middle school team where girls grow through strength, movement, and mindset—building confidence in a supportive, empowering environment.

The Middle School Strong Girls Program at The Hub provides a structured, team-like environment where girls in grades 5–8 build confidence, leadership, and lifelong healthy habits through movement and mindset training.

Led by SGU staff, including a Performance Specialist, along a Mental Performance Coach and high school mentors. Each session blends fitness, games, and social-emotional learning in a supportive, all-girls space built to uplift and empower.

Sessions:  Fall, Winter 1 (Jan - Feb),  Winter 2 (Feb - April), & Spring (May - June)

December 1st - December 18th 

Yoga on Mondays 4:15-5:30 PM

Strong Girls on Tuesday and Thursdays 2:30 PM – 4:00 PM
