MIDDLE SCHOOL STRONG GIRLS PROGRAM
A middle school team where girls grow through strength, movement, and mindset—building confidence in a supportive, empowering environment.
The Middle School Strong Girls Program at The Hub provides a structured, team-like environment where girls in grades 5–8 build confidence, leadership, and lifelong healthy habits through movement and mindset training.
Led by SGU staff, including a Performance Specialist, along a Mental Performance Coach and high school mentors. Each session blends fitness, games, and social-emotional learning in a supportive, all-girls space built to uplift and empower.
Sessions: Fall, Winter 1 (January - February), Winter 2 (March - April), & Spring (May - June)
*If your child needs bus transportation from the Middle School to the Hub after school, please be sure to register for the program. During registration, you will have the option to indicate that transportation is needed. Thank you!

4:00 - 5:30 PM
