ABOUT THE CAMP

Strong Girls United Summer Camps are part of our I SHINE Summer Series, designed to help girls shine through movement, mindset, and connection. Each camp provides a supportive, joyful space where girls grow confidence, resilience, and healthy habits—on and off the field.

Led by Strong Female Role Models

Strong Girls United Summer Camps are coached by strong female role models and mentors, including high school and college athletes who are passionate about supporting the next generation of girls. Campers benefit from positive leadership, encouragement, and relatable role models who reinforce confidence, effort, teamwork, and self-belief—on and off the field.

MULTI-WEEK FRIENDLY

Families may register for one or multiple weeks. While the daily schedule stays consistent, sports, themes, and projects change each week, so every session feels fresh and exciting.

  • Days: Monday–Wednesday

  • Time: 9:00 AM–1:00 PM

  • Dates: June 29 – August 12, 2026

  • Location: The Strong Girls United Hub, York, ME

  • Ages: Girls entering Grades K–4

  • Group Size: Max 25 campers

  • Cost: $185 per week

WEEKLY THEMES

Each week features a unique theme that guides our mindset lessons and creative projects.

Across the summer, campers enjoy a variety of sports including volleyball, basketball, track & field, soccer, beach volleyball, pickleball, gymnastics, and more.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Strong Girls United Summer Camps are based in York Beach, with programming centered at our indoor Strong Girls United facility. We also take advantage of our incredible surroundings, including walkable access to the York Beach ball field through the York Parks and Recreation, Ellis Park beach volleyball courts, and Short Sands Beach—allowing campers to safely experience a mix of indoor and outdoor activities throughout the week.
