The FAM Collective brings female athletes together throughout the year to build confidence, strengthen their mental game, develop leadership skills, connect with inspiring women in sport, and learn how to use their experiences to positively impact others.
It’s a place to stay connected to Strong Girls United—and to a community of female athletes who understand the challenges, opportunities, pressures, and possibilities that come with being a girl in sport.
Who is it for?
The FAM Collective is for female athletes who want more than another sports program. It's for girls who want to:
- Grow their confidence on and off the field, court, ice, track, pool, or course
- Meet female athletes outside their own team and community
- Learn from college athletes, professional athletes, coaches, and women in sport
- Strengthen their mental game and explore who they are beyond their sport
- Become stronger leaders and give back to younger athletes
You may already know SGU through the PWHL Mentorship Program, Clair DeGeorge Hockey Camp, or the Global Female Athlete Summit, or you may be joining the FAMily for the first time.
