Our "Get Moving" series will include fitness games and activities you can do at home to break up your day in a healthy way! Some of these are created by fitness experts and others by our strong girls alumni!
SKILLS AND DRILLS
In our Strong Girls programs we learn and practice a different sport each week. Here, we will share "at home" skills and drills for various sports, sharing a new sport each week.
COLLEGE GAME DAY
We will release a 7 minute workout provided by a group of athletes from a different college each week! They'll introduce themselves first, of course, and then you get to workout alongside them!

These conversations focus on a mindset theme each week and are LOADED with information for coaches, parents, teachers, and strong girls.
